Who we are

One Stop Tailor is an independent tailoring and alterations business, run by Amrik Singh, at Unit 33, One Stop Shopping Centre, 2 Walsall Road, Birmingham B42 1AA. We are the data controller for any personal information you give us through this website.

What this website collects

This website does not have customer accounts, does not take payments and does not sell anything online. As it currently stands:

  • We do not run advertising, marketing or analytics tracking on this website.
  • We do not set any cookies of our own, and no third-party tracking cookies are set. See our cookie information.
  • The enquiry form on our contact page is currently not connected to an email service and does not send or store anything.
  • If you tap a telephone or email link and get in touch, we receive whatever you choose to tell us — typically your name, contact details and what you need altering.

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like all web hosts, Vercel keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and to keep the service running. Vercel’s own privacy notice is published at vercel.com.

Why we use your information

Where you contact us, we use your details for one purpose only: to reply to you and to carry out the work you have asked us to do. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and — once you place work with us — performance of a contract.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

How long do you keep customer contact details and job records? Many small businesses keep basic job records for 6 years for tax purposes and delete general enquiries much sooner. Tell me what you actually do and I will write it in.
